  • The Bureau of Rehabilitation Services and Aging and Disability Services provide assistance to adults who have a barrier to employment. To qualify and be eligible for services you should:
  • Call the office closest to where you live ask to be sent an application for services. The different regions and office locations are below.
  • Part of the eligibility process is providing proof of a barrier. School records or a letter from your doctor providing diagnosis is required.
