She is the best job coach that I have ever worked with! Julie has always helped me at work when things would get difficult for me. She always has had my back! I am a client of Southeastern Employment Services for 17 or 18 years while working at the Guilford and the Old Saybrook Walmart stores. They helped me with new training, rules and procedures when I transferred to the Old Saybrook store. I was nervous, a little scared and sad about leaving my old Walmart store at the beginning. I did not know very many people or had made friends as yet at the new store. My job coach, Allessio was there with me every step of the way and made the transfer easier for me to handle. Anytime I have an issue - like taking time off, new training, or new supervisors/team leaders - they help me to work through it. Since I have some disabilities with communication at times, my job coach helps me to talk to my supervisors or team leaders. I would highly recommend the programs and services for Southeastern Employment Services to anyone who needs their support.

Hi, I am Sarah. I have been employed by TJX Corp for the past 18 years where I have always been supported by SES. They helped me get my job and keep my job by checking in on me periodically to make sure I understand all my work tasks.
